We've just released a major platform update that has been nine months in the making. We’ve completely rebuilt our entire front end user experience from scratch. There are so many new features and improvements it’s hard to list them all. Please join us as we share insights about how you can use Sutra to create a truly relational experience.
Here are some upcoming highlights:
A completely redesigned approach to creating content and landing pages
Are you creating a beautiful landing page for your next event? Or are you creating a content page for one of your course modules? Why should these two experiences be any different? You want to create a visually beautiful page that looks exactly the way you want it to with as little effort as possible. Our new editor is designed to help you accomplish exactly this. It offers you the simplicity of a Google document with the sophistication of a website builder.
Improved payment flows
People use Sutra for everything: courses, live training programs, conferences, one on one work, and events. Many of these uses involve collecting money. We’ve completely redesigned our payment flow to be much more streamlined, elegant, and beautiful. You can now collect one time and recurring payments for anything with just a few clicks.
Completely redesigned management experience
One of the most powerful aspects of Sutra is its modular, you could say, fractal, nature. Sutra has one basic building block called a “space” (previously called a “circle”). Once you understand how to work with it, you can create something as simple as a content and discussion space for 5 people or as complex and vast as an ecosystem for 2000 people. In the past, navigating settings across spaces has been a little cumbersome. With our redesigned interface, managing spaces is completely streamlined and way more intuitive. We believe that this is a huge improvement that makes Sutra much easier to use.
There’s a lot more including being able to access direct messages from anywhere, improved event creation, better notifications, and a vastly improved discussion experience.

We've been guiding and facilitating small group experiences since 2011. We started with hosting meetups in our living room in New York City. Lots of them. Over the years, we realized that group process is our thing. Today, we're the co-founders of Sutra, a platform that is home to thousands of people participating in group learning experiences. And our Transformational Teaching Online program has helped hundreds of people discover what's possible with relational spaces online.
Our work with Sutra has supported the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma, leadership programs at UNICEF and the Presencing Institute, as well as many other organizations and individuals in creating online learning experiences that foster deep connection and communication.
Our background integrates a masters study from the Harvard Graduate School of Education with Theory U work from MIT professor Otto Scharmer and Immunity To Change methodologies from Harvard professors Robert Keegan and Lisa Lahey as well as relational practices inspired by Thomas Hubl.
